SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed on wa12.watchhousesale.com are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Kin Sang Limited is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier service disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address before completing the purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
2. RETURNS POLICY
Kin Sang Limited accepts returns on all streetwear products within 14 calendar days from the date the order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be tried on indoors only on a clean surface. Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted for return.
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, customers must follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Order Number]”. Include the order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
A customer service representative from Kin Sang Limited will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization confirmation and detailed return instructions. Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be processed.
Step 3: Package the Item
Place the item in its original packaging or a secure shipping box. Include the original packing slip or a printed copy of the Return Authorization confirmation inside the package.
Step 4: Ship the Return
Ship the return package to the following address:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Kin Sang Limited does not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to a verified error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Step 5: Inspection and Refund
Once the return package is received, inspection will take 3–5 business days. After inspection is complete, the refund will be processed according to the terms outlined in Section 4.
4. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund amount equals the full purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping fees paid on the original order.
The refund processing timeline is as follows:

For payments made via credit card or debit card, refunds will appear in the customer’s account within 14 business days after the return is approved.

For payments made via PayPal, refunds are initiated within 14 business days after the return is approved. In certain regions where local law mandates a longer period for PayPal transactions, the refund may take up to 30 calendar days to be reflected in the PayPal account.
Customers will receive a refund confirmation email from [email protected] once the refund has been initiated. Actual posting dates to the bank or PayPal account are determined by the financial institution and are outside the control of Kin Sang Limited.
5. REFUNDS FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the customer and are not reimbursed unless the return results from a verified error by Kin Sang Limited.
If a return is initiated due to a defective item or an incorrect shipment, customers must contact [email protected] prior to shipping. In such cases, Kin Sang Limited will provide instructions for return shipping at no cost to the customer.
6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Customers must inspect all orders upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the order confirmation, the customer must notify [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied. In such cases, Kin Sang Limited will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
7. EXCHANGES
Kin Sang Limited does not offer direct exchanges. Customers seeking a different size or color must follow the standard return process to return the original item and place a new order on wa12.watchhousesale.com.
